Shipping Information


Domestic Shipping (UK)

We aim to process and ship all UK orders within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to follow your package.

All UK orders are shipped via trusted carriers (DHL, Royal Mail, UPS) to ensure reliable delivery.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide using UPS International Shipping, with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard International Shipping (10-15 business days)

Customs & Import Fees

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and may be charged upon arrival.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, natural occurrences, or carrier strikes.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Processing time is typically 1-3 business days, but may take up to 5 business days during peak times.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, check with your local post office or delivery service.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
  • If you need assistance, contact us via our contact form.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will issue a refund for the item(s) only (excluding shipping fees).
